Early Christmas

On Sunday, December 21 we celebrated Christmas early with the Torr family (Karen's daughter Erin and her husband Bruce and children) with a yummy lunch, a German chocolate 'castle cake' for dessert, and a story, "The Night Before Christmas," that Granddad Charles read with help from five-year-old Miles. The family will be in Catalina for Christmas and Charles and I will be here alone--enjoying a time of rest and peace and gratitude for a year of blessings. May your day be special too.
