Giving Thanks

Today I'm thankful for many things: God as Lord of my life, family, friends, fun, health, provision, free time, the opportunity to write and teach. I'm looking forward to the cruise to Alaska coming up Sept. 9-16 with Charles and the good people of Mount Hermon. This is the fruition of a long-held goal. I'm so grateful. . . and I'm happy to have had a wonderful visit with my sister Shevawn from Italy and her two children, Stefano and Lara, and a lovely visit over breakfast today with our friend Christian Haas from Switzerland and his girlfriend Bea. Life is rich. . . I am blessed.
